Your order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion (including for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity). If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

We may request additional information prior to processing an order.

9. SHIPPING

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. For information on processing times, shipping times, and carriers, please review our Shipping Policy on the Website at /policies/shipping-policy.

Accurate shipping information (including address and phone number where required) is your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by you.

If you need help with an order, contact us at hello@try-naturale.com as soon as possible. We may not be able to change an order once it has entered processing or shipped.

10. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Carrier tracking and/or delivery confirmation records are considered sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature, where permitted by law.

11. REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Refund Policy governs returns and refunds and is available on the Website at /policies/refund-policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls.

180-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Key Terms Summary)

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 180 days of delivery.

  • Returns must be shipped back to us (return shipping is paid by the customer) to the address we provide by email.

  • All items from the original order — used and unused — must be returned in their original packaging, even if empty.

  • After approval, the return must be shipped within 7 business days.

  • Once the return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).

  • Initial shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After 1 hour, orders may already be in processing or scheduled for shipment and may not be cancellable. If an order has shipped, you may request a refund by following the return process after delivery (subject to the Refund Policy).

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned to sender, a refund can be issued only if the package is returned to us and inspected. If the package is not returned to us (for example, lost or disposed of by the carrier), a refund may not be possible.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA

If you interact with our social media presence, you understand that third-party platforms are not controlled by us and may have their own privacy policies and terms. Comments and content posted by users are their own and do not reflect our views. We do not have an obligation to monitor or remove user content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NATURALE LLC (OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY PRODUCTS.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $500.00.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Naturale LLC agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, our products, or the relationship between you and us will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general proceeding.

B) Exceptions

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for alleged infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights in a court of competent jurisdiction.

C) Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of the date you first access the Website or purchase a product (whichever occurs first) by sending an email to hello@try-naturale.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and including: your full name, the email used for your order (if any), your order number (if any), and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration.

D) Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. If arbitration is not permitted in your jurisdiction, disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow mandatory arbitration or class action waivers. Where prohibited, this section will not apply to you to the extent of the prohibition.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naturale LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

The Website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third-party sites are at your own risk.

18. TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, or other materials (“Submissions”), you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute those Submissions for lawful business purposes (including marketing), subject to applicable law.

Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that others will achieve the same results.
