At Naturalé, our goal is to provide reliable shipping options no matter where you are. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from try-naturaleus.com.


Order Confirmation & Processing

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order and that payment has been authorized.

Processing (handling) time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EST) on a business day are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on holidays are typically processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times (Transit Time)

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped:

  • USA & Canada: 6–10 business days

  • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 8–12 business days

  • Europe & UK: 8–12 business days

  • Latin America: 9–26 business days

  • Other countries: 8–30 business days

Please note: These are estimates and delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), weather, or other factors outside our control.


Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers, which may include UPS, DHL, USPS, and other local carriers depending on the destination.
For higher-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.


Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@try-naturale.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.


Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days after placing your order, contact us at hello@try-naturale.com and we will assist you.


Order Acceptance & Pricing

In certain cases, we may be unable to process an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or address verification issues. We may request additional information to verify your order before shipment.

While we strive to display accurate pricing, errors may occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, or contact you for instructions.
