Refund policy
Refund Policy – 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee
(Updated January 2025)
At Naturalé, customer satisfaction is our priority. That is why we offer a 180-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive the product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Requesting a Refund
-
The request must be submitted within 180 days of delivery.
-
The product must be returned at the customer's expense to the address we will provide via email.
-
All items from the original order—used and unused—must be returned in their original packaging, even if empty.
-
The return must be shipped within 7 business days of approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After 1 hour, your order may already be in processing or scheduled for shipment. If it has already shipped, you can follow the return and refund process after delivery.
Refusing Delivery
If a package is refused or returned to sender, a refund can be issued only if the package is returned to us and inspected. If the package is not returned to us (for example, lost or disposed of by the carrier), a refund may not be possible.
Refund Procedure
-
Email hello@try-naturale.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
-
You will receive the return address and detailed instructions via email.
-
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund for the product price.
Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is received and approved (timing may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).
Please note: Initial shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at hello@try-naturale.com so we can help resolve it quickly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened with your payment provider, we may be unable to process a refund while the dispute is ongoing, and the outcome will be handled through the payment provider’s dispute process.
